HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

Our fee is $499.00 for a Single Filing or $549.00 for a Joint Filing; this includes preparation of  all of the necessary documents for the Bankruptcy filing.  Our fee for a  highly detailed credit report from all of the three major credit reporting agencies is $35.00 for a single credit report and $60.00 for a joint credit report.  We provide information to assist you in registering with a  non-profit consumer credit counseling agency for the  mandatory consumer credit counseling sessions. There will be a separate filing fee payable directly to the Bankruptcy Court and is due at the time of filing your documents with the court. You will also be responsible for the fees for the mandatory consumer credit counseling sessions. Please call our office to get more specific information on these additional fees.
